Philosophy

Endurance Athlete Racing works with beginner and experienced athletes to successfully reach their desired goal. We incorporate initial assessments determining the athlete’s current condition. A detailed personalized plan is developed for the athlete to attain that goal.

Most importantly we meet with the athlete weekly to assess progress and discuss the following weeks training schedule. Each athlete receives a Training Peaks account where the training schedule is laid out, recorded, and commented upon by athlete and coach alike.
