MEET ABBY

Abby is a former NCAA Division III and collegiate club triathlete and swimmer with over a decade of experience competing in endurance sports. She began competing at age eleven and has spent the last three years sharing her passion for the sport through coaching, mentorship, and athlete development.

Abby brings her extensive educational background in psychology, kinesiology, and sport and exercise psychology into her coaching approach, helping athletes develop not only physically, but also mentally. She is passionate about creating positive, inclusive, and athlete-centered environments where athletes can build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for sport. Through her continued education and professional development, Abby hopes to expand her work in the future by providing mental performance services to help athletes navigate the psychological demands of training, competition, injury, and long-term athletic development.

Throughout her athletic career, Abby has completed 50+ multisport events, including one Ironman 70.3 race, four USA Triathlon Age Group National Championship short-course triathlons, and multiple collegiate club national-level competitions. Beyond racing, she has dedicated her time to coaching youth athletes, teaching swimming, and mentoring athletes through the challenges and growth opportunities inherent in endurance sports.
